Terms & Conditions

Course/Training Requirements

I certify by taking classes and/or training at Texas Precision Firearms Academy that I am NOT PROHIBITED from possessing and/or renting a firearm.  I understand that making a false statement (written or oral) or the exhibition of any false or misrepresented identification with respect to this transaction is unlawful and that I will be held liable.

You agree to never use any skills learned through any of our training classes or event for any unlawful purpose.

The use of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited in the classroom or on/at the range, anyone who is suspected to be under the influence/condition will be reported to law enforcement. Anyone with alcohol on their breath or who appears to be impaired in any way (including impairment from prescription medication or over-the-counter drugs) will not be permitted to participate in any firearms training activities. The decision as to whether a shooter is impaired will be made at the Range Officer’s SOLE DISCRETION and that decision will be final and may not be challenged.

Expectant/pregnant women, and/or nursing mothers will be required to present written approval from a primary care physician clearing you to participate in any hands-on firearms related course we offer due to possible exposure to lead and load noise.

Only class participants are allowed in the classroom and range area. No visitors or guests of any kind will be allowed, no exceptions.

Dismissal from Class/Training

Texas Precision Firearms Academy reserves the right to dismiss or remove any student from any course/training under reasonable circumstances without the option to reschedule or to receive a refund.

Age Limitations

You must be 18 or older, with proper identification, to attend our firearms courses/trainings. If a minor, under the age of 18 years, I understand a PARTICIPATING parent or legal guardian MUST be present. We reserve the right to deny entry into any of our firearms courses/trainings, for any reason, at any time.

Our site may contain links to third party web sites and/or services that are not owned or operated Texas Precision Firearms Academy. Texas Precision Firearms Academy has no control over or interest in and assumes no responsibility/liability for any content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party web sites, vendors, or services nor do we warrant the offerings of any of these web site or services.

You acknowledge and agree that Texas Precision Firearms Academy shall not be responsible nor liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused, and/or alleged to be caused damage by and/or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such web sites, services, content, goods and/or services available on or through any such third-party web sites or services.

You further acknowledge that it is your express responsibility to read and abide by the terms and conditions, privacy policies, etc. of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Texas Precision Firearms Academy, its owners, employees and/or vendors/suppliers from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account by you or any other person accessing the site using your internet account.

Fee Changes

Texas Precision Firearms Academy, in its sole discretion and at any time, may change/modify the course fees. Any previously purchased or scheduled class will retain their original stated pricing. Courses may not be sold or transferred to other businesses or individuals without express prior written consent of Texas Precision Firearms Academy. 

Reschedule/Refund Policy

Request for a refund must be made in writing via email to training@TexasPrecisionFirearmsAcademy.com and must fall within the refund guidelines listed below:

Refunds:
A 100% refund is available if you cancel and make a refund request at least 10 days prior to the scheduled course/training.
A 75% refund is available if you cancel and make a refund request at least 3 days prior to the course date.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you leave a course/training on your own or for a medical reason, you will NOT be refunded for the course nor allowed to reschedule. No credit will be given for completing the course.

Reschedules:
To reschedule your course, please contact the Texas Precision Firearms Academy at training@TexasPrecisionFirearmsAcademy.com  with the following information:
The original email confirmation for the course that requires reschedule, AND the new date and time you are requesting. Courses/training may only be rescheduled (1) one time. Failure to attend the rescheduled course/training for any reason, no further rescheduling or refund will be available. 

Rescheduling will NOT be permitted if you are a no call/no show on the date of the course or fail to request a reschedule at least 3 days in advance. 

At the discretion of Texas Precision Firearms, a course/training may be rescheduled for circumstances beyond your control, if you notify us prior to the beginning of the course/training. 

Online Classes

Texas Precision Firearms Academy does not offer refunds on any online digital product.

Termination

Texas Precision Firearms Academy reserves the right to change and/or terminate the above terms and conditions without notice at any time, for any reason, when applicable by law.
